Shipping with Cost.

Shipping from 1 to 4 business days from $ 115.00 pesos (plus VAT).

The shipping cost may vary depending on the volumetric weight of the product (the actual cost of each item will be reflected in the shopping cart).

All shipments are 100% insured against damage, theft or loss, at no cost to our customer.

The shipment can be tracked 24/7 online via the tracking number.

Important Notice: For the insurance to be valid, we remind you to verify your merchandise upon receipt, validating the following information:

• Product packaging in good condition.
• Seals and packaging without deterioration.
• Verify that the guide number received matches that of your order and sign received.

If any of the above conditions are NOT met, the client must reject the package and notify a Qian representative on our website or email info@qian.mx, informing about the conditions and situation within 24 hours. of the shipment to apply to the pertinent insurance or guarantee according to our policies. Once the delivery is signed in accordance, QIAN will consider the delivery closed and subsequent claims will not be accepted.
